In this course you will explore about the operational aspects of project management, including the practical skills that will allow you to transition from the planning phase into a fully operational project. You will learn how to keep your project on track using GANTT charts, provide accurate budget and costing estimates, monitor and ensure quality control, and externally resource elements of your project.
Project Management: Operations can be taken as a standalone course, or as part of the Project Management Short Course Series. Completion of all four courses in this series offers globally recognised certification from the Institute of Project Management. How you will learn
This course is fully online and self-paced, allowing you to study when it’s convenient for you. Learning content will include interactive activities and short non-assessed quizzes to help guide your knowledge and receive your Certificate of Attendance. There are no formal assignments required for this course. Your access to the learning material will also remain open for one year after registration.
